So I was trying to renew my subscription and I had to get hotspot red and some how I ended up on the page where it says pay for subscription by the. I clicked ok and then I noticed it said transfer number or pic a new number I didn't even log into an account and some how I ended up buying another plan I have no clue what the number is or what account is their anyway I can get my money back

Was the last payment longer than 90 days? If it was then your old account was closed and your number was returned to the carrier you got the number from.
If it was less than 90 days then contact a CS_Agent.
