Charge for Automatic Top Up

Hi There...

I received an automatic Top Up charge for $3.00 today & I Can't seem to find what the Top Up was for.

Can somebody help me understand what the charge was for?

I suspect the $3.00 may be from when I paid my monthly subscription with Rewards points & the $3.00 was left over owing.

Can you post the screenshot that include the couple transactions before this $3 transaction?  We can try to help we can see the previous renewals. (Remember to cross out personal info on the screenshot)

If there is no description for the $3.00 it could be the difference between your plan amount that might have been left over from the previous cycle. If you had Available Funds,  then they would use that to make the payment and debit you the difference. 

If you still don't know what it's for you'd need to create a ticket and ask a CS Agent. 

The 911 fee is only for the provinces stated so if you are not located in one of them then you won't be charged.

Thanks for the response & I already checked payment history & downloaded the receipt.

All it shows is Automatic Top Up for $3.00 plus HST.

No description of the charge.

Are 911 charges new as I was not aware this is something I pay for.
