I've selected Change number from my account settings in Public Mobile, and gotten the "number was changed successfully" message but my phone number is still my old one 12 hours later? I had to switch from Koodo mobile so they couldn't do it for me automatically at the store when I signed up for Public Mobile

@Dueling7 have you rebooted your phone after receiving the message about the port completing?

I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that for you maybe porting has failed. include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.
