I changed my credit card successfully.
According to President's Choice, it was processed with them.
Public Mobile tells me that it was rejected? and to contact my Credit Card provider, which I have done. Credit Card company has verified that it was processed with you.
How can I confirm that payment has been made? and my service will not be interrupted?

@abreadon If during plan renewal your account gets suspended then Auto-Pay did not work because your cc on file hasn't been added properly. As others have mentioned go into selfserve and try making a $1 payment into your account. If successful then it means that your new cc was entered correctly. If the payment does not go through then you need to submit a ticket to PM for investigation.

@abreadon check if your credit card was charged. Also, if your renewal was today, did you receive your 611 payment thankyou text message around 12.03pm est today? Are your services working properly? If your services aren't working properly and they are suspended, you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

@abreadon hello if you make a manual payment in your account for the next payment you can see if it's ok the money will stay in your avaliable funds to pay for your next payment

Check your balance, you can withdraw another dollar to make sure
Yout autopay rewards will not be affected by manually payments don't worry.
If you still can't make payment:
Contact moderators if you tried to many times it may be blocked on pm side
