Hi,

Can I change the code that I used for my activation into my husband's code(xxxxxxx) so that he can take $1off?

Doesn't hurt to ask the Mod team. They keep a track of which numbers used your referral code (see My Rewards), and if I recall correctly they used to ask for numbers (of the person who referred you) as opposed to referral codes when signing up. 

@Hyeyeons81 If you signed up first with someone else's referral code, and your husband second and he used your referral code. Then they will not allow your to do it. Stay safe

@Hyeyeons81 , if you have selected a referral for your activation, you cannot revise that referral.  Sorry.  

Please click the 3 dots on right side of your post to delete the referral code as it's against the terms/Conditions to be posted on the forums.

Posting of referral codes in the forum  is not allowed. Please choose the 3 vertical dots and edit your post to remove the code.

@Hyeyeons81 you can contact the moderators to see if you can have his code applied. 

Contact them through the bot using the white question mark, type did not receive rewards and open a ticket.

Edit: If you activated your card before your husband's card was activated then the answer is no.

 

 If your card was activated after your husband's then the only way is to submit a ticket to PM and ask them if it's possible to change it. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking  here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team
