Hello…

My account is renewed today. I upgrade my plan. I can call someone but I can’t receive any calls. The data service is also not working. Tried resetting the network and turn on or off the device. Nothing seems to work.

Hello, maybe try giving it a few more hours. Same thing happened to me when I renewed my plan but everything was fine in a couple of hours. If not, I suggest going to you local store and asking them for help as a last resort. Best of luck!

hi there have been issues the last couple of days with plan changes messing up , you need to contact customer service agent to fix it for you

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
