I am a new customer of the company and my current subscription is 30$ 30 GB, and the latest company's subscription is 20$ 60 GB. I want yo switch but I don't have this option as of now.
@Div3 , unfortunately the deal that you are referring to applies to new account activations only. For the rest of us, we get whatever shows up in the account when we try to change subscriptions.
as an existing subscriber, you can only change to plan available on your My Account -> Change Subscription page. If you don't see it there, you cannot change to it
