Change of phone number.

Hi,

I am living currently in Montreal and will be moving in June to Kingston, Ontario. I am on the $25 talk and text plan and want to know roughly how long it takes, using the self-serve option, to change my phone number to a Kingston one. Does it take an hour or 6 hours or a day or two to have the change become active?

Lol also don't forget to reboot your phone after the phone number change. It generally changes pretty fast and can confuse your phone.

Also have fun in Kingston 😀. Lived there for a couple years and loved it.

If you want it go through immediately with out Glitches then I suggest turn your phone off before the number change & then log into an amazing self serve experience at Publicmobile.ca and change the number and once its go through wait about another five minutes and you should be up and running with your new number & hold down the 1 key to setup your voice mail.
