@BooSTiI could take moderators up to 48 hours to get back to you. The long lead time is the price we pay to save a few bucks every month.

I received the message after first login attempt. Yes I still have service.

@ScottNg416Did you enter the password too many times? Just to eliminate people doing nafarious things to you, you still have service with your phone right?
You would need to contact the moderators to get the account unblocked. However the same error message appears if your account had been ported out.
