Cannot reset password

would like to reset password after serverl tries with different password.

but not able to pass the security questions.  How can I reset my password?

@PatrickZ08 click on the ? bottom right corner ask Simon to speak with a human this will generate a ticket to speak with a moderator  request password reset response time is 2 to 48 hours
