Cannot receive calls! HELP!!

Hi, 

Just joined Public Mobile and finished registration and transferred my existing number.  I'm able to send out calling calls, but it seems like I cannot receive incoming calls.

 

PLEASE HELP!!

The straight to voicemail would likely be because you've remvoved your old sim card (if you have done that).  If you put your old carrier's sim back in, you'll be able to receive those calls.

@redtaiji25, How long has it been since you registered?  It can take a few hours for your number to be ported from another cell carrier.  Even longer for VOIP and land lines.  Until the transfer is done, keep using your old SIM card in your phone, and when it goes dead, you know the number has been ported over.

If it has been longer than mentioned, you should contact the moderators via private message so that they can investigate why your number port has not completed.
