Cannot change plan

Trying to pay for a month of service early as I have run out of data. I have tried 6 times to change plan and it says it goes through but my balance stays the same and my plan does not renew? WHAT IS GOING ON?

You cannot renew your plan early through self service. You need the help of a Moderator to get this done. Please send a private message to @CS_Agent with your phone# and your request.
