I'm trying to activate a sim card I bought for my uncle.
Your website is broken. It is impossible to activate a sim card. So many errors in most steps that it would be too long to list. Tried it on 5 different computers with 5 different IP addresses and multiple browsers and email addresses.
Sim number: 8912xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
His email address: xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
His current phone number (koodo): 514 xxx xxxx
My current phone number (with public mobile, for referral bonus): 514 xxx xxxx
He wants to transfer his Koodo number.
Let me know what other information you might need.
If you can't activate it for me, I'd like a refund for the 10$ I paid for the sim card, order number xxxxxx.

The activation process is buggy but no that bad. Try using chrome, incognito mode, browser cache cleared. Good luck.
