Cannot access voicemail

Everytime I try to access my voicemail by holding 1, it says that I dont have a long distance add on and to get one. Can someone help me?

Hi @cacamoumou! There is an alternative way to access your voicemail, phone yourself! 🙂 dail your own phone number on your phone/smartphone and it will access your voicemail...
