Cannot access account online!

Hello, 

I have gone through the process of authentication, replied to a MOD through the email they sent, and still have heard nothing about making a new password so that I can access my account. It has been a week or so since authenticating. How long do you usually have to wait? I only have 1 message in my private mail on the community site. It was the one from the MOD to authenticate myself. No other notifications. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated!

If you click on the title of private message you received from the moderator, you will be in a new page to reply that message.

The email is only a form of notification letting you know you got a private message. You need to communicate through the community private message system.

I can message him again, however, I noticed there is no “reply” button on the message he sent me when I view it on my community account. I will have to reply to him through the email that was sent to me ( which I have already, last week) Should I do this again? I just do not want to do anything wrong. I am a newbie, and I would really like to be able to access my account again:) Thank you!

After waiting 1 week, you should send a private message to moderator again.
