Cannot log-in to my account or community on this new website. Had to create a new community profile just to post this question

@Norm1977    Unfortunately, it seems to be one of the glitches affecting some customers after the recent updates to both community and self serve accounts.  While PM is aware and working on a fix, you should submit a ticket and let them know that you are also affected.
