So... an update
Doing the steps mentioned before fixed the MMS issue........but it has removed the ability for the APN to be used for data 😞
Edit: Update.......nevermind. I added the APN again without the MMS changes and it allowed me to use the original APN for data while still using the modified settings to send an MMS

(My brother-in-law has a different ZTE model, he was never able to get MMS working either. Called him up when I saw the post, he's now good too 🙂 )

The user has the same phone and no MMS. The solution appears to be a special APn for MMS.

Some dual sim phones have different capabilities for the 2 sim slots, have you tried swapping slots?
Also, is it only MMS that is not working, or is it all data?

So you have LTe connection on PM network ? Usually the dual sim have some issue.
My phone have 2 Sim and if i put my Sim Card into 2nd sim card i don't have MMS and the data is only 3G.

With the daul sim phones, there is always this kind of error. You will have to play around settings also try switching the sim slots. At the same time, make sure APN settings are correct.
