Cannot register eSIM. So I bought a public mobile SIM card and there is no way for me to transfer it over.

You can’t transfer an eSIM to a new device (even though they say somewhere on the platform that you can request a new eSIM at no additional charge//I suppose that’s for a new device. I read that somewhere, but don’t ask me where lol🙄 I had to go with a physical Sim, from eSIM after my cell phone was stolen🤯😩. You can retain your same phone number.. but you have to register the physical Sim so you have to install it in your phone first.. make sure to have access to your serial number to input and you can only do it online via a the web browser. It won’t allow you to do it through the App, even though it appears that you could make changes you can’t. Any changes that you do probably should be done online.
I’m trying to edit my nickname and I am having a heckuva time figuring it out. Even though I got into my settings, I can’t figure out where to edit.🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Good luck
