Hi,
I just transferred my number to Public Mobile. It seems like the transfer went through, but there was an issue with the payment. I can't log in to my account to make a payment (Forbidden A1 error), and I don't have a PIN to make a payment through 611. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Or can I re-transfer my number to my old provider?

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
