Can't make or receive calls or text messages

I have service but I am unable to make or receive calls and text messages, also I am unable to check my voicemail... Any time I try to make a call it says "calling is not included in your plan"! Can someone please help me with this?

It might need a factory reset like the LG phones...That is the only thing that fixes the APN settings

try doing a hard reboot/battery pull. also, try popping out the sim and putting it back in.

What plan do you have?

IF U have NO Talk plan, then that's why, BUT If U have Talk in your plan, then try rebooting your handset to see if that works, if Not, Then a PM Mod must access your A/C to check and correct
