Hi,
I can't log in at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
I'm quite sure I know my password, but I used the "Forgot password" link anyway. Filled out my security question, got the email, set up a new password, and tried to log in again. Still couldn't do it.
Repeated this process two more times. I can change my password no problem, but I just can't log in.
I have two accounts with Public Mobile. The other one I can log in with no problem.
The problematic one -- I have a feeling it has something to do with the fact that I there's a Koodo account using the same email address.
How can I fix this?

As mentioned, you may need the help of a moderator. They may get you to do another password reset from their end. Since password resets are time sensitive, and since private messaging is the moderators' preferred method of communication, I recommend you turn on e-mail notifications for receipt of private messages in your community account. To do this, go to Settings -> Preferences -> Private Messenger. There is a checkbox next to "Receive email notifications for new private messages" which you can toggle on/off. Be sure to click save after making the change.
