I’m trying to switch to the lowest possible package (appears to be $20/month with 1gb data, unlimited talk and text). I have dual sim and will be using my company paid data moving forward so no longer need a more expensive plan for my personal line.
This isn’t showing up as an option for me despite being on the website. How do I switch??

Thank you. It seems a little wild that the only way to get a cheaper plan is to leave after being a client for so long. Appreciate the quick responses everyone!

You can only downgrade to the plans that's in your account. So whatever the lowest you see, that's what you can get.
Your Account does not qualify for that $20/1gb.
You can switch to the lowest now, and maybe in a few weeks or month, other lower plans will become available.
Use change o renewal if you decide to switch.
