Can't Activate

Hello.

When I go to activate.publicmobile.ca, it gives me an error that says: "Oops this page is unavailable or down for maintenance. Click below to return to the home page." 

Is this a known issue at the moment?

The website was down last night but is now working. There isn't any reason for a customer to go to a store to complete the activation when a SIM card is already in-hand.

I would try going to one of their kiosk-like in Walmart or if you have one in the mall that could help fix the problem for you!

When the site is down, the only thing you can do is try again later.  I can confirm that it's not just you who is currently seeing this error message.
