@Pravinin order to help you you need to provide answers to @RobertQc questions. If you are porting your number then the best thing to do is to put in your old SIM card into your phone and use that untl the port is completed. Once the port is completed your old IM card will not work anymore.

@Pravin As long as you don't retrive the voicemail, no minutes will be used. Or you have unlimited call, that won't be a problem.

when you port your number? which plan do you have? it may be takes time for porting or you may use all your mins this is why the call going to your voicemail.
