My billing cycle is ending 23rd november. today but public mobile charged me for next month. i want to cancel the subscription and need a refunf

@Aneeshxavier - you were too late to cancel your plan it seems. To remove the payment method go into My Account and Unsubscribe, or call 611 to remove the auto payment. After 90 days in nonpayment your account will close and you will lose you phone number and access to My Account.

Public Mobile is a pre-paid service. As such, you have paid for cellphone service for the next 30 days. There is a good chance you may not get your refund as the terms and conditions state that the pre-pad service is non-refundable. It doesn't hurt to contact a customer service agent though to inquire.
In the even that your service does not get refunded, you may as well prolong it and cancel just prior to the next renewal to get the best bang for your buck since you've already paid for the month.

You have to cancel the subscription before the renewal date not on it. You can try asking a Public Mobile CS agent but your chances for a refund is slim.
