I recently was overbilled and was expecting the credit on this upcoming bill. When I called *611 it started they are removing my MRC on the 5th. How do I confirm the credit was applied and they won't be removing money on what should be a credit balance for my full MRC.
I greatly appreciate you people helping me out. You folks are the best.

Do you see available funds in your account? You can also check the payment history for the last 30-60 days.
If you see the extra funds, the next payment date should just take the available funds and no extra charges on your credit card.
