I got charged twice of the amount in my account. I tried to submit a ticket for my concern and no one followed. I was charged $38.08. Can I get a refund or just use it for my next due month?

Send another ticket to an agent because they should have gotten back to you so check in the Message section.

Charged twice not pending. I did not pay for this month because it supposed to have a credit on my account but there’s nothing credit nor a refund.

The system will only take your monthly payment amount. Any overcharge will remain as credit to pay your next month’s bill.
But where did you see the overcharge? On your CC statement as posted charges and not pending charges.
