The email link from Public Mobile that I used to sign up said that I would get a $10 bill credit within 30 days of activating my service. The month is almost up and the credit has not showed up in my account.

I am assuming you used a friend or family referral code for the $10 credit off your bill next bill. It should be in your account by now. Normally it takes about 72 hours to apply by staff.
