My phone can not make any phone calls out or receive any data but the site says I owe no money and that my next payment is due in September (I'm on a 90 day plan)

I tried to make a payment but it says there is nothing owing... sigh.

Could someone please take a look at my account and help me?

I've been dead in the water for almost 18 hours now.

The autorenew screwed up 3 months ago as well and I was assured it was resolved.

I should also add that I never received any communication from Public Mobile over the Private Message channels with the community site.

I have had the problem solved.

Apparently there was as system wide issue with renewals.

I ended up doing it through facebook chat.

Still waiting for any acknowledgement of my messages to those that can help.

Phone has been dead for 42 hours at this point.

It is ridiculous that this is considered acceptable.

What do I put into the TO field to actually make sure the message gets to the Moderator?

Just to confirm you are not new or just ported from the new freedom promo. Right?

 

Unfortunatly you still have to private message a moderator, nothing much that we can do here. 

And also du to the freedom promo , expect some delays for mod to get back to you maybe 24-48 hours.

I sugest using Fongo  for now as a replacement to make and receive calls via WIFI until your situation gets fixed. 

But it is kind of weird that you get affected ? 

Does the selfserve say your account is active, suspeded or something else? also under plan, what options are showing ?

To send a private message to the Moderator_Team click here

In your message send them:
1) account email address
2) PM phone number
3) explanation of what is happening
4) link to this thread if you want
