I was charged twice for my plan and my account is on hold till June 21 2019.i want to know if u can kindly use it for my next renewal plan

We are all users like you on this forum. Issues with accounts/payments are probably best dealt by @Moderator_Team . Click and send a private message to them. In your message, provide the following to verify your account:
- your full name
- mailing address with postal code
- the last 4 digits from the card used for payments
- your e-mail address
They can take up to 48 hours to respond. Good luck!

What do you mean "on hold till June 21"?
Maybe post a screen snip of your overview page so we can see what you're talking about. Blank out personal info of course.
