Autopay not working!!!

Autopay cannot charge my credit card even though it was ok last month. Phoned my credit card to ask if there was rejected attempts but they say there were no attempts at all. I cannot login for some reason and I tried to get system to send me psw reset email twice but have received nothing. If I cannot login I cannot set up new credit card as the 611 phone service doesn't allow it.

 

Please tell me what to do. Feeling really helpless here.
