Hi everyone,
Recentely I lost my wallet with credit cards inside. My payment day came up and I forgot to switch my card to my new card. My phones texts, data, calls, would no longer go through so I went on the site to change my card. However, I changed it and I still have no service on my phone. How do I fix this?

They told me to top up my account, basically paying off more than my plan and it did the trick. Any amount over your plan will just stay in your account and you can use it for your next payment. Hope that helps

I am in exact same situation, my account is active but I know for sure that my new credit card hasn't been charged yet. Currently, I do not have any network service. I pm'd the MODs roughly 4 hours ago, how long can I expect to wait to have my problem fixed and go without any sort of service?
