Hello,

I am new to Public Mobile, but I just changed both my originating creditcard and also increased my plan from 3g to 4g and data increase as well. This is the order that I did it in, and it worked. I am not sure if the order makes a difference, and you don't have to remove the creditcard if you prefer to leave it on as an alternate payment card.)

1. I changed my plan first.

2. I deleted my existing creditcard on file.

3. I deleted my Auto-Pay.

4. I added my new creditcard.

5. I resigned on to Auto-Pay.

(right now there is $2.00 missing from my Rewards and I bet that happened when I removed the Auto-Pay, but I figured it would reappear when I readded the Auto-Pay. I have private messaged the Moderators and about this & surely they will reinstate the missing $2. Hope that helps.)

System never picked my Auto Pay when changed plan. Yes just to keep my account activate I top up Due from different CC. Now my account is active and for future I go with Auto Pay. Only this month I Loose Auto Pay reward because system error or lack of customer service.
