Would anyone know exactly what time money is deducted on the renewal date for Auto Pay? I live in the Eastern time zone btw.

I am in Montreal. Last time my plan renewed, funds were not debited before 5am.

Funds aren't usually taken any longer from the Public Mobile account balance any time near 2am eastern. It often happens several hours later.
Well , let's hope OP has Funds available or, a valid card registered early on the renewal date regardless.
😉

Your plan data resets at midnight eastern on the day of your renewal.
Your plan amount is either taken from your balance or charged to your autopay card at 2am eastern.
