I use the previously mentioned Data Witness PM on 2 phones. I find it very accurate and perfectly customizable for PM's add ons, data, term length etc. Though it only monitors data usage and has no interface with PM, it is well worth using!

most apps are just a portal to the mobile friendly website. What you can do is click on the menu for your browser and add public mobile selfserve to your home page. That is what I have done, gives you the feel of an app without having to type in the address everytime.

There is no PM official app. But there is an Android app written by a PM customer called Data Witnwess PM.
