Hi Everyone,
I signed up with Public Mobile a couple of days ago and when building my plan forgot to enable texting.
I went to my self serve site to add it and to my surprise it actually dropped the price thanks to feature bundling.
Unfortunately, it wants to pay for a whole new three-month pass, just about 3 days into the current one. After completing my number port yesterday and resetting the network settings the phone is repeated informing me that my plan does not include texting.
Can someone help me modify my plan?

I made the same mistake when I signed up one of my numbers. A quick DM to the mods had it fixed in a jiffy. Follow the instructions above and you’ll be set in no time.
