Sorry, PM is an online service and everything is handle through DM with a CS_Agent.

This is the main reason for the lower priced plan on this 3rd tier carrier.
You pay higher price for mid tier (Koodo) and top tier carriers (Telus) for in person service at the stores.

Sorry, no such thing as agent in person location to visit.
All interactions with Public Mobile is done online. You would need to submit your receipt through the chatbot.
If you require a service provider with agent locations, best to switch to Koodo. They also have live phone reps which Public Mobile also does not have.
