How do i add funds? That may be the issue.... i'm on autopay but cannot unsuspend my account or reduce my plan. It's expires Dec 3rd

@AllenBennett if you account is suspended just access selfserve and hit the reactivate button and follow the prompts to make a payment.

@AllenBennett , if your current plan cycle expires on December 3, why is the account suspended already. Anyway, if you do have a credit card in the account, just click on make a payment in the overview tab and from there you simply select an amount that will be added to the account. With funds in the account, you can use it to pay for a renewal, buy an add-on, etc.
