My phone did not reactivate! It's like my $ is stuck in there, usually I get a message saying that my phone has been reactivated & I am panicking because there is no one that I can call to make sure it is done!!!!

Can you please log in to your self-serve and see the status of your account
If you have positive balance that means that money was not consumed yet by your account.
If your renewal was today and you are suspended try to press reactivate button and restart your phone.
If there is still no service, you can report your phone lost, after one minute found then restart again.
If that doesn't work try adding$1 abd restarting
And if all of it fails contact moderators
