I need help fast. I purchased my mobile plan and paid for the eSim. Public transferred over my phone number. This morning, Bell cut off my services before my eSim was activated. Now I have nothing. No access to texts or calls. The eSim QR code is inactive so I can't activate it. I can't reach any living person with this company and I can't get into my account because I can't receive texts. If I cancel my service and go to another service provider, I lose my phone number. Nightmare right from the start.

Hi. I had the same issue, and what fixed the issue for me was to go to my my cell phone settings (iphone), Cellular, Add eSIM, then selected the option to scan the QRCode received from Public Mobile. Hoping this helps.

disable Bell esim (or remove Bell sim card). Go back and make sure PM sim is set as Primary and Enabled. Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings.
