Hi,
I activated my account already (switched from freedom mobile), selected 6G and 90 days plan, here are some issues:
1. I got confirmation text and email said I successfully activated, but my phone does not work until now, I can not make a call and no one can call me either.
2. I have set up a auto-pay, but it said my next auto payment date is Jul 20, 2017, shoud not be after 90 days?
3. I paid $135.60 (including tax) for 90 days plan, but I still have $112 in my account, how it works exactly?
4. I was referred by one of my friend, and entered my friend's public mobile number before activation, but seems I did not get any rewards?
5. Transfer from freedom should get an additional 6G for 90 days plan, when I can receive it?
6. I logged into my account online, but I cannot see my current plan, it's blank.
Please get back to me as soon as possbile. Thank you.
