Hi trying to port my number over but i keep getting the alternate phone number regex help and i cant get the temperary new number because the little pop down thing doesnt work what do i do?

Or better still, try on a laptop to see if you're able to navigate through. Usually browsers on the phone may be lacking in some addons that may be nessesary.

@cpenPhones can have different browsers, you may use the itunes store / app store to insall one. If you are using Safari I read it often has problems. If you have a computer try to use the computer instead of the phone.

@cpenTry using a different internet browser. If you are using mozilla, try Internet explorer or Chrome instead.
