I have 2 activation codes that says that they are not 12 digits but it is exactly right when typed in, how do I get them to work

@Dynamix93 Hi, do you have a payment voucher you are trying to add to your payment screen? The vouchers have a voucher number and a PIN#. Try the PIN#, it's 12 digits long, do not leave any spaces when you type in the PIN.

@Dynamix93 , are you referring to the codes on a payment voucher? Some vouchers take up to 48 hours to be activated. Where did you buy the voucher?

Try using another set of digits on your voucher. Sometimes it takes 24 hours after purchasing for them to be active.
Try topping up your account in your SELF SERVE or by calling 611 to your plan amount. If still no service (still saying suspended) go into the lost/stolen feature in your SELF SERVE account and hit "Resume".
Reboot your phone. All okay now?
