Hi,
After I did the payment it shows that the activation has failed, couldn't get my account setup, and wasn't able to receive any phone calls or texts but seems like the data is working and able to make phone calls (maybe its still porting the number over?)

Is your old sim still working? If yes, porting is not fully completed yet.
