I am trying to activate my SIM card and transfer my number but while I was typing in my information to the public mobile app, it would not allow me to enter my current cell service provider account number. I pressed continue anyway and now I am stuck in a loop of signing in and the app not loading the chat window for assistance. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to resolve this issue?
