You can't pay for your account with your bank card @Kris3 . PM only accepts the following credit cards, that are issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and registered to a Canadian or American address:

Is your account suspended and you want to know how to pay your bill and restart your service?
You cannot use your autopay credit/debit card to pay your plan fee etc.

Can you expand on the issues you are having? Is your service not working? Is your self serve account not working? Is your credit card being declined?
Have you tried calling 611 from your Public Mobile cell phone and topping up there?
