I already have a subscription with public mobile. I'm trying to log into my account. It keeps asking me for a six digit code which I get by email and enter it. When I do so, it then tells me that I need to resume my activation, which I have already done. I just need access to my account. It would be nice if there was a human that would respond! Please help

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

Yes, I've downloaded the public mobile app and are trying it on that. Still the same problem

@Gw2000 are you trying to sign in from the website? If so, try clearing the browser's cache or signing in incognito or using a different browser. You can also try signing in to the PM app on your phone
