@Brooke_C , @Dave_M People are asking on a daily basis on how to reset their passwords becasue the reset feature does not work.
Are you able to give some sort of update if/when you are going to fix the password reset feature. It has been a very long time that it has been broken and brought to your attention more than once and yet nothing has been done.
