Account glitches - cannot switch plan, make payment

I msg @CS_Agent but got no response after 18 hours.

 

I tried to private msg a Mod but got this msg:

 

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
One or more of these members do not have private messages enabled. Their names have been removed from the Send to list.

 

So how do I get help??

Still blank Overview page on my computer.

 

Almost 2 days after contacting  @CS_Agent and heard nothing from them.

@cwaihungwongFor a blank self serve, there is nothing that can be done but wait, however with the amount of time you have waited there is clearly a problem and you will have to wait for moderator team intervention.

 

Mine has been blank for about 40 minutes. Daily occurrence.

I knew my 90 day renewal is due this week.

I have been seeing this (blank) overview page for the past 2 days (maybe longer... who knows?).

 

Tried multiple computers, multiple browsers.  Same overview page.

I had the same issue before and when I tried from my computer it worked

@cwaihungwongHow long has it shown a blank overview page? That happens to me 10+ times per week, generally for 1-3 hours, its very common. But never seen it happen for more than a few hours. That is one of the quarks of the self serve system.


While the plan is blank like that, there is nothing anyone can do regarding account changes / access.

I am guessing, since you have not given much information except in your title  "cannot switch plan, make payment" Is your account suspended due to non payment and you are trying to switch your plan while your account is suspended, or trying to make a payment to get a new plan (not your existing)? Or is your account active but unable to switch, or prepay enough for the plan change or does your total showas $0? I assume suspension would be why your cell phone is not working, but this is once again, guessing without more info from you.

 

Please post a screen shot of your account overview (but blur out your name and account number)

@cwaihungwongDid you try clearing cache / a different browser / private browsing / incognito?

 

I just tested it, and it worked fine. I was able to send a message to the moderator team.


Response time is a couple days. Sending them a 2nd message will slow down the process for everyone including you. No need to send multiple messages unless you forgot to include your identity / pin number for verification then sending a second message (Click to send) will speed it up for you as the first response from them will be "who are you? " or "whats your pin?".
