I have tried to log into my account and it is saying it's been deactivated. Is there a way to reactive my account and continue to use public mobile?

If you ported out your number or it has been 90+ days since last expired/suspended, the account is deactivated and you can no longer access it. However, you can always get a new sim and activate it on a new account.
